Summary

Computing is one of the biggest evolution of the last past century. Thus everyday most of us use this new media at work, to buy a train ticket or to consult his on-line bank account. The evolution of our way of life engendered by this technology raises a major problem which is his security. Indeed, at the base computing and in particular his most fashionable evolution named Internet was not developed for these uses. So today we have to wonder about the modern techniques used in order to guarantee for all of us an optimal security for each of our uses of this new media. It’s in this purpose that this technical report presents this foundation about security of information (cryptography) but also two protocol most widely used in the world today.
