This memory has for goal to present one complete definition about "Cloud Computing", services and platforms used and, a technical and economic comparison of standard and offers

• First an historical about informatics.
• Then, going deeper as possible about what is the Cloud Computing before define what is SaaS (Software As A Service).
• See in what it's interesting for compagnies to get involved with this or not.
• Define the differents actor (service providers).
• Define what are the PaaS (Platform As A Service) and describe the other offers.
• To conclude, a short summary about the advantages of this technology and a little opening.
